About the author

Amazia Fensterheim is a Trauma Breakthrough Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner, and expert in trauma recovery and post-traumatic growth. But long before he became a therapist, he was a warrior.

 

Amazia served in Israel’s special forces and was severely injured during combat. In that same battle, he lost every member of his squad. The physical scars eventually healed — but the emotional ones stayed buried for years. Like many trauma survivors, he tried to move on without fully processing the pain. But when the symptoms began affecting every part of his life, he was forced to face them head-on.

 

Through years of research, therapy, and personal transformation, Amazia developed a breakthrough approach to trauma healing — one that’s practical, measurable, and deeply personal.
